Shipping Destinations
We deliver to any address within Australia. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout based on your preferred delivery option.
Delivery Timeframes
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. For discounted or high-demand items, please allow up to five (5) business days for dispatch.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times via Australia Post are:
- Express Post: 1–2 business days (same state), 1–3 business days (interstate)
- Parcel Post: 2–4 business days (same state), 3–6 business days (interstate)
Deliveries typically occur Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm, with limited Saturday Express delivery available in some areas. Capital cities generally receive faster delivery, while regional and remote areas may experience longer timeframes.
Shipping Carrier
We ship exclusively via Australia Post. All parcels include Australia Post's standard cover for loss or damage. If you require additional coverage, please contact us at info@organicbliss.net.au prior to placing your order and we'll be happy to assist.
Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer free local pickup at our warehouse in Melbourne:
- Taylors Lakes
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Authority to Leave
If you're unlikely to be home during delivery, you can provide specific delivery instructions in the order comments at checkout. By selecting "Authority to Leave," you agree that:
- Your parcel will be left at your premises as instructed, and is deemed received once left, as confirmed by tracking.
- Organic Bliss and its delivery partners are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this delivery method.
Risk & Title
Ownership of your order transfers to you once your parcel has been dispatched. Organic Bliss is unable to refund orders that have already been dispatched, as confirmed by a tracking number.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@organicbliss.net.au within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item and we'll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.
For change of mind returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We can arrange a reply-paid label for approximately $10 if that's more convenient — just reach out to our team.
- Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, a $10 handling fee per parcel will apply. To have your order resent, the $10 fee plus applicable shipping costs will be charged.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed via:
- Credit card refund to the original payment method, or
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account.
Sustainable Packaging
At Organic Bliss, we're committed to sustainability. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials, including recycled boxes and fillers, wherever possible.
