Refund Policy

At Organic Bliss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Approved refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@organicbliss.net.au with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@organicbliss.net.au within 5 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo clearly showing the condition of the item
We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right. For change of mind returns:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We can arrange a reply-paid label for approximately $10 if that's more convenient — just reach out to our team.
- Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Unclaimed Deliveries
If your parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, a $10 handling fee per parcel will apply. To have your order resent, the $10 fee plus applicable shipping costs will be charged.
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed via:
- Credit card refund to the original payment method, or
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to your nominated bank account.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
